Whether preparing for auditions and competition, building strong foundations and a love for music, or learning piano for enrichment, Candace is committed to presenting the best possible learning experience for her students. Her approach to technique and artistry has been influenced by the Russian and French schools of thought on piano pedagogy along with a love for understanding the ‘why’s’ behind what she does. She believes that a love for music, a discerning ear, a strong work ethic, and a healthy approach to movement are the four most essential elements of piano, developed from the very first lesson.
